4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
Please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order.
Once the package is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

At the moment, we do not offer custom gift packaging,
but many of our items are naturally cute and perfect for gifting.
8. My tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package. What can I do?
First, please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local post office.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help you investigate.
